Gabriele discovered the benefits of a consistent yoga practice during a difficult emotional time. She knows first hand how yoga can change the way you feel, the way you move, and the way you live your life. Gabriele completed her Vinyasa Yoga training at West Hartford Yoga. She has also trained in Therapeutic Yoga, Kids' Yoga and Laughter Yoga. She continues to study and draw inspiration from a wide variety of teachers and styles. Gabriele’s own style is creative and nurturing. She loves teaching everything from deeply relaxing restorative yoga to strength-building vinyasa to playfully imaginative classes for children. Passionate about nutrition and holistic living, Gabriele loves connecting with people in a way that supports their health and happiness. She believes passionately in the healing and transformative powers of breath-centered movement and meditation.
