Yoga Classes for Kids
In addition to teaching yoga, Gabriele spends her time writing for children. She has worked as a children’s magazine editor and a freelance writer. She loves channeling her creativity into energetic, theme-based classes for children ages 3–5. These fun, light-hearted classes emphasize playfulness, cooperation and kindness. They inspire and support children as they develop mind-body awareness and an understanding of their own inner resources. Each class includes breathing exercises, songs, imaginative play, traditional poses, partner poses and lots of fun! Class ends with a brief relaxation period and a community-building exercise. Help your children discover the joy of yoga and develop positive tools that they can carry with them throughout their lives.
Please note:
For ages 3-5. Enrollment is limited.
Pre-registration required to secure your child's place.
Parents of three-year-olds must accompany their children throughout class.
Other parents are welcome to stay - as long as they're willing to play!
Water bottles are encouraged, but food is not permitted.
