Strength & Serenity
Flow and let go in this uplifting fusion of gentle, vinyasa and restorative yoga. An introspective 20-minute warm up leads you into 45 minutes of invigorating, strength-building vinyasa, followed by 45 minutes of serenely supported postures, and concludes with a blissful 10-minute savasana. Leave feeling peaceful, energized and restored.
Eye pillows encouraged for the second half of class. Please arrive 10 minutes early to gather your props and settle in.
